Environment
Our iconic green building at the heart of Subic Bay’s business district houses thousands of plants and vegetables that we use to purify the air that surrounds us, envigorate our working environment and even feed our staff and beneficiaries.
When our customers enter our premises, we want them to feel refreshed and inspired about how good it looks and feels when we keep our surroundings green and clean.
Social
Majority of our customers come from low-income families and local communities who may otherwise be relying on unsafe informal financial instruments. When we show them our sincerity to serve them and their needs, no matter how small their transaction sizes may be, we give them more reasons to believe and encourage fellow community-members to take charge of their financial literacy and wellness, and transact only with accredited institutions.
Our hiring process also gives emphasis to young and aspiring young professionals who show excellence and dedication. As they grow their careers with us, we also partake in growing their families’ household income.
To ensure the sustainability of our bank operations and honor the confidence of our customers, we maintain a high liquidity ratio. Equal to, or even up to 130% of, our total deposits and e-money are placed in Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas for utmost security and protection.
